our story

Leaving corporate America for coffee wasn’t something I planned—it was something I felt.

Born in Germany, I’ve always felt connected to Europe and the pace that lets you savor life’s moments.

Through years of travel, coffee became more than a drink; it was a way to connect with people and their stories.

In 2018, a trip to Austria introduced me to a mobile coffee business, and the idea stuck.

Then, in 2024, a visit to Italy reignited that spark. Inspired by its rich coffee culture and lively piazzas, I knew I wanted to bring that experience home to Nashville.

That’s how The Roaming Bean was born—a place where coffee brings people together.
